How does a typical HairTOXX treatment work?
Your stylist begins with a personalised consultation to understand your hair and scalp needs. They then create a bespoke Hair.TOXX formula just for you. After washing, the treatment is applied and sealed in at –16°C using the Frozen Machine, sometimes you’ll even see ice crystals forming, which shows the nutrients locking in beautifully. The hair is rinsed, followed by Zero-Frizz Leave-In Conditioner and a gorgeous blow-dry to finish.
How long do the results last?
Results last as long as the hair is properly maintained. Avoiding harsh chemicals and excessive heat helps prevent the treatment from breaking down, while using the recommended home-care products will help preserve and protect the results. Most clients choose to return for a top-up every 2–6 months to keep their hair looking smooth, healthy, and revitalised.
Is HairTOXX vegan?
Everything in the range is cruelty free, but because the formulas contain propolis they aren’t officially classed as vegan.
Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Yes - HairTOXX is completely safe, with no harsh chemicals or fumes.
Do I need special products to maintain the results?
Your salon will recommend four home-care essentials to keep your hair hydrated, shiny and smooth between appointments: HairTOXX Polar Shampoo 300ml, HairTOXX Snow Mask 300g, HairTOXX Zero-Frizz Leave-In Conditioner 150ml, and HairTOXX Açaí Berry Infusion Oil 60ml. These products help prolong your results and maintain that healthy, radiant finish.
How it Works
- Consultation identifies issues with hair and scalp, for example, dry hair, hair loss, frizzy hair, greasyscalp, sensitive scalp, dry scalp...
- Your stylist selects one or more treatments to create a bespoke mix for your hair and scalp, which cantreat more than one issue.
- Hair is washed before the bespoke mix is applied and sealed in at -16 degrees’ Celsius with theFrozen Machine. You might see ice appear on your hair as the tool seals in the luxury treatment.
- The hair is rinsed, -Zero Frizz Leave-in Conditioner applied and the hair is blow-dried.
- Take home the aftercare products to maintain the treatment between services
